Strathmore High School (SHS) is getting set to be a part of The Push Up Challenge.

From February 1 to 23, the students at SHS will be challenging themselves to complete a heap of push-ups to raise awareness of mental illness in Canada.

All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes.

They are supporting the local mental health branch in Calgary and the surrounding area.

If you can't do push-ups, that's okay because you can do squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups, etc to join the cause!

Students at SHS are asked to donate change throughout the course of the month.

You can also donate online here.

There will be draws for those who participate online and there also will be challenges and weekly prizes for the Phys. Ed classes.
