The snowy weather is back and with that slower commute times and treacherous roads are expected.

The Southern Alberta RCMP are warning motorists of poor driving conditions over the next 48 hours.

As this winter storm blows in you may want to give yourself some extra time wherever you may be headed over the next couple of days.

Environment and Climate Change Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for the area with an expected snow fall of 15 to 30 cm of snow. The alert includes Wheatland County and most of Southern Alberta.

Drivers are being asked to prepare for deteriorating travel conditions and a drop in temperatures.
