Six goalies are all that stand from the original twelve that were invited to try out this weekend.  With the departure of Calum Humble last year, a need to get some strong representation between the pipes has been a goal for the Wheatland Kings coaching staff.  Head Coach Joel Robinson was impressed with the showing stating "Riley Stovlka, Davyn Larocke, Brayden Meadows and Jayden Meraasty came to work and put the time in the offseason and they will have to make some hard decisions over the span of the next couple of games."  The Wheatland Kings will be playingLamond in their first home games September 7, 2018.  The game starts at 8:45 pm at the Strathmore Family Centre Arena.
