At around 3:00 PM today, Chestermere RCMP were dispatched to a robbery which occurred at a local pharmacy on Merganser Drive.
It is believed that the vehicle used in this robbery was the same vehicle used in an Airdrie pharmacy robbery, which occurred just prior to this one at 1:40 PM. The plate obtained in the Airdrie robbery was AB licence plate CFM 3654.
Update to the suspect descriptions:
- One male was slender and approximately 6’4.
- The second male was approximately 5’9 and was wearing pink gloves.
- Both males had a dark complexion
It was initially reported that the suspect vehicle has a broken drivers side tail light and there is damage to the bumper. The bumper which is damaged is the front bumper.
