Archie Klaiber Trail is now clear for the evening commute.  Craig Nichols with the Town of Strathmore responded with the following "Our crews had limited access to the beds that they were maintaining, so that placed the mulch on the street." This is an isolated incident and normally the crews place the material as soon as they receive it.
