The online auction is back!! 

This is your chance to save up to 60% on great items from local businesses across Strathmore and Wheatland County!  

With returning favourites like Strathmore Value Drug Mart, Strathmore Flooring, and The Rack on 3rd there are some fantastic new additions to this year's lineup including spa treatments, kitchen gadgets, automotive deals, and a chance for a mini break.

It is as easy as one click to get registered for this year's auction so you don't miss a minute of the deals. 

Registration opens today (October 12th) and the auction gets underway on October 19th and runs until October 26th,  these are deals you won't find anywhere else. 

Get your stocking stuffers, maybe find a gift or two along the way, or who knows even treat yourself to something special, all while you support local and SAVE BIG!!! 

Here are a few tips to help you along the way.

• Registration is super simple. You'll find the "register" link at the top right-hand corner of the main auction page, or you can click here. Fill out the form and you're ready to roll.
• The auction uses proxy bidding. This allows you to bid the maximum you are willing to pay for an item, and the system will automatically bid for you until the dollar value is reached. Remember that you will not necessarily pay your maximum bid. Think of it like this. Proxy bidding places bids on your behalf at the lowest possible increments. Simply enter your maximum bid (the highest amount you are willing to pay). The goal of proxy bidding is for you to win the auction at the lowest possible price. Therefore, the current bid will equal the former bid plus the bid increment.
• All the items will sell throughout the day on Wednesday, October 26th. If you are following an item, make note of the time it closes. You can do that by using the sort function in the top right-hand corner of the auction page. Sort by either "lot number" or "ending soon" and that will display the order that items will close in. It'll happen quickly with a new item closing every minute!
• There are tons of items so you're sure to find something you like. You can use the categories list on the right-hand side of the page to quickly find food items, health and beauty products, entertainment offers, and lots more.
• And be sure to check through the whole list because sometimes there is more than one of the same item up for grabs.. why get into a bidding war when you can scoop the same item for less!
