Calgary police have located two teenagers who had gone missing from Northeast Calgary.

"We would like to thank the media and the public for your assistance in their safe recovery," a police update stated.

Calgary police are asking the public for help in locating two 13-year-old girls: Korah Mountain and Sariah Smith-Aulotte. Both teens were last seen at approximately 10 p.m., on Saturday, November 26 in the northeast community of Taradale.

"Both girls are new to Calgary and unfamiliar with the city. Family and friends have not been able to contact them since yesterday. It is believed that they are not appropriately dressed for the weather. Family, friends and police are concerned for their wellbeing," a police press release stated.

Mountain is described as 5’2” tall, 110 pounds, with a slim build, brown eyes and black shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black Levi’s shirt and grey ripped jeans.

Smith-Aulotte is described as 5’4” tall, 110 pounds, with a slim build, brown eyes and brown shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket with a red and white inside and dark blue jogging pants.

 

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Mountain and Smith-Aulotte is asked to contact police by calling 403-266-1234. Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
