After a brief hiatus, the Strathmore Aquatic Center's water slide is operational and ready to finish off the hot summer season.

Aquatic Manager, Natasha Barron stated there was a maintenance issue that needed to be resolved with the waterslide, but because the water slide and the main pool operate off the same water source both the main pool and the water slide needed to be closed until the fix could be done.
