Kevin Scoble has been appointed as the new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Town of Strathmore. The announcement was made on Thursday afternoon.

Strathmore Mayor Pat Fule says,“On behalf of Council, I am happy to congratulate Kevin Scoble on his successful appointment as Strathmore’s new CAO.”

“He brings an impressive wealth of knowledge and experience to our community and has a solid reputation as an innovative leader,” said Fule.

According to the Town, Scoble currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the City of St. Albert. Three decades of leadership in municipal and private sector organizations is highlighted by a record of collaboration and joint ventures between private enterprise, regional partners, and the Province of Alberta.

The appointment of Scoble successfully concludes a thorough recruitment process led by Boyden Executive Search. Candidates from across Canada were reviewed by Council and senior members of the Town’s staff.

“I especially offer our gratitude to Doug Lagore for serving as CAO during this transition period. Doug’s leadership during a challenging period brought stability, foresight, and expert guidance to the Town of Strathmore,” said Fule.
