Fifteen 4-H members across Canada are getting a generous funding boost from John Deere to put towards their post-secondary studies.

Recipients of the national 2019 John Deere Canada 4-H scholarship will receive $1000 each towards their schooling this Fall.

The hard work is finally paying off for Albertans Alyssa Henderson, Julie Tabler and Courtney Taylor will all be getting scholarships.

“We received an impressive variety of applications from across Canada, and we are continually inspired by their quality each year,” said Shannon Benner, 4-H Canada CEO. “Opportunities such as this scholarship greatly support 4-H Canada’s mission to empower youth to be responsible, caring and contributing leaders that affect positive change in the world around them.”
