The RCMP Serious Crimes Branch continues to investigate the disappearance of 5-year-old Leonine O’Driscoll-Zak and 2-year-old Wyatt O’Driscoll-Zak.

Investigators believe they have not left Canada and still believe the children are in the company of their grandmother, Therese O’Driscoll (68), and their aunt Alison O’Driscoll (38), all from the area of Cochrane. They were all last seen at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 12, 2021, at the children’s rural home near Cochrane.

Leonine O’Driscoll-Zak (5) is described as Caucasian with blue eyes, long blond hair, a slim build, 106 cm, 3 ½ ft tall, and 20.4 kg, 45 lbs.

Wyatt O’Driscoll-Zak (2) is described as Caucasian with blue eyes, long blond hair, a slim build, 76 cm, 2 ½ ft tall, and 16 kg, 35 lbs.

RCMP believe the O’Driscoll’s are receiving assistance to avoid apprehension. The RCMP is making a request of anyone who may be assisting the O’Driscoll’s in hiding the children to contact police.

Those assisting the O’Driscoll’s may believe they are acting in the best interests of the children, however, those who assist in the commission of a criminal offence can be charged criminally with aiding and abetting.
