Chestermere RCMP has confirmed that William Alexander Jones of Chestermere has been located deceased. 

"Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends," stated an RCMP press release.

Previously the Chestermere RCMP was seeking assistance from the public in locating 56-year-old William Alexander Jones of Chestermere. Jones was last seen by the family on Monday, June 27, 2022, in Chestermere.

No further details will be provided at this time.
