To start off the middle of the week, I visited the hard-working folks at Kerora Farming to deliver them lunch from Boston Pizza.

Doug Keer, the local rancher says he has been seeding for decades.

"We started seeding on April 24. It feels like I have been doing it for a lifetime, this is my 25th year."

Kerora Farming says that they are almost done the season, but the weather has kept them from seeding smoothly.

"Were planting wheat, barley, and peas, we're on the home stretch," Keer said.

Keer explains that farming is close to his family's heart.

"We're an old family farm. I'm the fourth generation. I got my son working with me now and he's fifth generation, it's really cool."

A big thank you to the team at Kerora Farming for all that you do!

Thank you to our food sponsor Boston Pizza.
