Strathmore's Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) community lab is moving to a larger, permanent location next month.

The new lab will open on June 3 at 299 Edgefield Place. 

It will have nine patient rooms, four more than at the current temporary location in Country Lane Mall. 

"The expansion enhances APL's capacity to serve the community better and features ample parking, making patient and visitor visits more convenient," AHS stated. 

Operating hours will remain unchanged:

  • Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Saturday bookings are by appointment only.

The lab's phone and fax numbers will also remain unchanged.
