There was a fog advisory in effect for the Strathmore area and it has currently ended.

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) reports that dense fog patches are leading to near-zero visibility over some areas, including along Highway 1.

Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.

ECCC says if you are traveling, be prepared for areas of near-zero visibility.

If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead, and be prepared to stop.

Continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by ECCC.

To report severe weather, send an email to ABstorm@ec.gc.ca or tweet reports using #ABStorm.
