The Re/Max Key Annual Easter egg hunt is back again in town.

"The Strathmore Easter egg Hunt is an annual event that's been going on for as long as I can remember. I bet you we're pushing 30 years now and I've been blessed to be involved with it for almost all of that time," said relator for Re/Max Key, Carey Rose.

In the almost 30 years that the hunt has been going on in Strathmore, Rose explained that nothing much has changed.

"We haven't changed a lot. We have local sponsorship. So this year we have our local sponsorships from all over town."

There will be face painting, animal balloons, and of course the Easter Bunny.

"This is of course free of charge and we invite kiddos ages 0 to pretty much any age."

Apart from the Easter Egg Hunt, there will be a bonnet contest for the kids to partake in.

"We asked the kiddos to come to the Easter egg hunt with your decorated bonnets and there are prizes. MLA Chantelle de Jonge will be a judge there as well."

The Easter egg hunt is on Saturday, March 30 at 11 a.m.

"Important thing though, it's at 11:00 a.m. sharp. So if you forget everything else, remember you need to be there by 11:00 a.m. sharp because it goes quickly."
