Strathmore And Area Residents Show Support For Freedom Convoy 2022

Over 400 people gathered at Tina’s No Frills on Saturday to take part in a convoy around Strathmore against vaccine mandates. 

On Monday, Strathmore was flooded with the sounds of semi trucks and car horns as the Freedom Convoy 2022 travelled through town. 

The convoy, made up of civilian vehicles, coincided with the arrival of the majority of the Freedom Convoy of truckers at Parliament Hill. 

The line of vehicles sporting Canadian flags made their way from No Frills along George Freeman Trail, across town to Highway 817, and then concluded at the Strathmore Municipal Building.
