Strathmore Resident has won a $2000 travel voucher!

Strathmore resident Wendy Bell has won Value Drug Mart’s $2000 Holiday Passport Shop and Win! 

The province-wide contest ran from December 12 – 31. For every $10 spent at Value Drug Mart you got one stamp on your passport, and when you hit ten stamps you were entered to win the $2000 travel voucher.  

“We are so happy that the borders are open and exciting to travel. Now it's just a matter of choosing where we want to go.” Bell said. 

Bell and her family have already some contenders when it comes to the location, with Cuba and Hawaii being the top choices. 

“We have thought about the two of us, we have thought about the whole family. What are we going to do? So many options.”  

Bell and her family are thinking to take this trip next winter in a year's time.  

Strathmore Value Drug Mart (SVDM) owner Stacie Morck says that she is happy that someone from Strathmore won the contest. 

“Now that travel is open, it is nice that they can go somewhere special. Especially since everyone has been couped up for so long. So, we are just happy that someone from around here won.”  

Morck is excited for more of these contests to happen and for SVDM to keep giving back to the community.
