After the Celebration of Lights, the organizers of the event noticed a large blank space behind the sponsor board.  It took the vision of the Wheatland Society of Arts and Strathmore Lions to create a mural that would represent the activities that happen down on the grounds.  Aptly named "Youth in Action...Developing The Leaders Of Tomorrow" depicts, Air Cadets, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Barrel Racing, Rodeo and Figure Skating.
