An update has been provided about a hit-and-run collision involving a person at 8:57 p.m. on February 7.

Three Hills RCMP advised the suspect vehicle is believed to be a 2012-2022 Black Dodge Ram, which will have front-end damage.

The collision took place near the Prairie College campus.

The pedestrian was struck while in the crosswalk and the suspect vehicle fled the scene before the arrival of emergency services.

The pedestrian was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The vehicle was described as a black pick-up truck which will have damage to the front bumper.
