The City of Chestermere announced the recommencement of construction activities on the Rainbow Road Twinning Project, slated to begin in the last week of April.

Following a temporary pause during winter, the city is ready to reignite efforts to enhance the community's infrastructure and ensure the project's completion as scheduled. 

The City of Chestermere stated, "The Rainbow Road Twinning project aims to improve connectivity, safety, and overall efficiency for all residents and commuters who rely on this vital transportation artery." 

According to the city, this project phase has been carefully planned, emphasizing sustainability, minimal disruptions, and uncompromising construction quality. 

The city acknowledges the importance of keeping the community informed and engaged throughout construction. Regular updates on project milestones, timelines, and potential impacts on local traffic patterns will be provided to ensure transparency and collaboration.

As construction recommences, the City of Chestermere invites residents to remain vigilant and patient.

The project is estimated to be completed by November 2024.
